Automated trading carries real risk. This page tells you, in plain language, what can go wrong and what we do not promise. Read it before you buy anything.

Key warning
Trading foreign exchange, indices, commodities, and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Leverage magnifies both gains and losses: a small adverse market move can produce losses that exceed your initial expectation, and fast markets, gaps, and news events can make losses larger than any backtest suggested.

Backtested & hypothetical performance
Backtest results, equity curves, and performance figures shown on this site are hypothetical or simulated, produced from historical data. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight and do not reflect actual trading, real market liquidity, slippage, requotes, or broker execution quality.
No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Past performance — live, backtested, or simulated — is not indicative of future results. A strategy that performed well historically may perform poorly, or lose money, going forward.

Automated-system & execution risks
- Connectivity — a dropped internet or VPS connection can leave positions unmanaged.
- Broker execution — spreads, slippage, requotes, and outages differ by broker and can materially change results.
- Configuration — wrong settings, unsupported account types, or modified files can make a robot behave differently from its spec.
- Market events — news releases, gaps, and extreme volatility can produce outcomes no historical test contains.
NeuronAlgo does not monitor your live account and does not intervene in your trades.

NeuronAlgo is a software licensor — not a broker, fund manager, custodian, or investment adviser, and is not registered as such in any jurisdiction. We never hold your funds and never trade on your behalf.
SECTION 05
Cryptocurrency payment risks
Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Payments sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or after an invoice expires may be unrecoverable. The full payment terms are in Terms of Service §7; refunds due under the guarantee are issued as new outbound payments as described in the Refund Policy.

Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for selecting your broker, VPS, account type, leverage, position sizing, and risk settings — and for ensuring automated trading is lawful where you live. This page summarizes the risk disclosures in Terms of Service §9; if this page and the Terms differ, the Terms control.
