Methodology & thresholds
Eight documented detectors run over the pasted series: implausibly smooth returns (90%+ positive periods), high serial correlation (lag-1 autocorrelation above 0.5), return-to-risk too good (per-period mean over volatility above 1.5), drawdown too small (max drawdown under 5% of total gain), loss-hiding profile (very high win rate with small wins and large losses), outlier concentration (top 2 values above 60% of gross gains), round-number clustering (40%+ of values ending in .0 or .5) and repeated values (over 20% exact duplicates). Some detectors only apply to periodic return series.
Caution score = weighted sum of triggered indicators (high 30, medium 18, low 8), capped at 100. Bands: below 20 — no indicators of concern on this sample; 20–49 — worth asking questions; 50+ — serious caution advised. These are screening bands for further questions. Real, honest records can trip individual indicators — nothing here is proof of wrongdoing.
Educational screening of the sample you pasted, computed in your browser. Indicators are statistical patterns, never accusations or proof of fraud. Nothing here is financial or legal advice. No data leaves your device.
