Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
1. Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how NeuronAlgo ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, member dashboard, and related services (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Who We Are
NeuronAlgo, the operator of the neuronalgo.com website and the Service, is the data controller responsible for the information described in this Policy. You can reach us at [email protected].
3. Information We Collect
- Account information — name, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
- License & entitlement data — your License Key, your (hashed/secured) License Secret, owned/subscribed robots, and plan/subscription status.
- Live-account monitoring data (optional, opt-in) — if you connect a MetaTrader account for dashboard monitoring, a small bridge you run on your own trading terminal authenticates using an account key and secret that NeuronAlgo issues to you — never your broker login — and pushes read-only equity, position, and trade data to our servers. We do not ask for, receive, or store your broker's investor password, main trading password, or any credential capable of placing trades or moving funds; NeuronAlgo has no ability to trade on your account or access it directly.
- Payment & transaction data — for cryptocurrency payments, the receiving wallet address, transaction hash, amount, and network (this information is also independently and permanently recorded on the relevant public blockchain, which is outside our control); for card/fiat payments (where available), data is handled by our payment processor and we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage & device data — pages visited, actions taken in the dashboard, IP address, browser/device type, and similar diagnostic data, collected via server logs and cookies.
- Communications — messages you send us for support or otherwise.
4. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your Account and license entitlements.
- To process payments and detect/prevent fraud.
- To operate the dashboard's account/portfolio monitoring features you opt into.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To send service-related communications (e.g. license, billing, or security notices) and, where you have consented, product updates.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a stated legal basis, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service you signed up for), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), your consent (e.g. optional marketing communications, certain cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your Account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal/tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Blockchain transaction records cannot be deleted, as they are permanently recorded on public, decentralized networks outside our control.
9. Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encrypted storage of your License Secret, masked display of sensitive fields in the dashboard (shown only to you, the account owner, with an explicit "reveal" action), and access controls limiting who can view account/entitlement data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g. marketing emails). To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some data (e.g. records required for tax/legal compliance, or public blockchain records) cannot be deleted.
11. International Transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are protected consistently with this Policy.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or by email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
14. Contact Us
Questions about this Policy, or requests regarding your data, can be sent to [email protected].
